ABSTRACT This study assessed how effectively the Community-Based Rehabilitation Program (CBRP) was implemented in Toril, Davao City, and how it helped people recovering from drug use. The research involved 36 identified reformists who were active participants in the program. The study focused on five areas of program implementation: individual and family programs, community care intervention, health and psychoeducation, psychological and social services, and spiritual support. It also measured the effectiveness of the program in the light of personal growth, family functioning, community involvement, health awareness, mental resilience, social integration, and spiritual well-being. Using a descriptive quantitative design, the researchers gathered data through a validated survey and analyzed it with statistical tools including mean scores and Pearson correlation. Results showed that both the implementation and effectiveness of the program were rated "very high" by participants. Furthermore, there was a strong positive relationship between how well the program was implemented and how effective it was in helping reformists. The findings highlight the importance of a holistic and well-supported community-based approach to rehabilitation. The study recommends continuing and improving these programs to further support the recovery and reintegration of former drug users into society. Abstract This study assessed the perceived compliance with physical security policies at Davao Central College from the perspective of 150 students. The research utilized a descriptive quantitative design with stratified sampling to analyze four components: perimeter barriers, security lighting, CCTV cameras, and the guard system. The study's scope was limited to these specific areas within the campus, and its findings, while valuable, rely on student perceptions. Researchers ensured ethical standards were met through informed consent and guaranteeing participant anonymity. The results showed a very high overall level of compliance. Among the components, the security guard system received the most positive ratings, indicating that visible security personnel significantly contribute to a sense of safety. Perimeter barriers were identified as the most influential factor in shaping students' overall perception of security. While all components were rated highly, perimeter lighting was highlighted as the area with the most potential for enhancement. The study concluded that visible and well- maintained security measures, particularly guards and perimeter barriers, are crucial for fostering a safe academic environment.
